As promised, ive posted the 1st official weekly selection chosen by yours truely....i dont have the track lists yet, but i will post them as soon as i can.... keep it deep.

Weekly deep house sessions...

As of next week, i will be posting a weekly deep house session, so i can put music out there, for everyone to enjoy. These sessions will be soley based on what i feel to be soulful and deep house and with time once i have the capabilities to stream live sessions, i will be able to post stuff on a  regular basis...

what have i got myself into????

.... so im finally geared up. Recently purchased the Numark mix deck and im so excited. although getting it hooked up was a pain in the ass... so at 1st i couldnt figure out how to connect the speakers, which after 3 trips to futureshop, i was told i either needed to purchase numark speakers, which cost more than just an arm and a leg, so instead i ended up purchasing piggy back rca audio cables.

 its pretty complicated. You would think numark would put a manuel explaining how to use the deck, but it only comes with a quick start guide. so far ive managed to master a couple of tricks .ie getting it to turn on. seems this might take me a couple of months to be fully comfortable djing, but then again its part of the journey. ive attached some pics and a video, so keep deep and wish me luck.

okay so im finally setup. I most definately dont have the right equipment yet, but its a start. Good looking out Augusta for the ipod mixer.

ive done a couple of sets and i must say i cant wait until im fully setup. And like i said in one of my posts if anyone out there knows were i can get good deals on equipment let me know, and also if theres anything soulful and deep that you are listening to, just send me the link....

The definition

 Deep house music is one of the most original styles of electronic music and it's incorporation of jazz, rich vocals and simple beats give the style a relaxed and soulful feel. Just did a set and im definately feeling soulful....
